Immigration Consultant Locations
Eric started as an immigration attorney in California, in downtown Los Angeles, just a few blocks from where he served as an ICE prosecutor for five years. Eric quickly became known as one of the best immigration attorneys in California and expanded his firm into Orange County in the city of Santa Ana. Soon after he was expanding again, this time all the way to the US/Mexico border. With two offices in San Diego County, we are able to affectively serve the communities of Northern and Southern San Diego County as well as Tijuana, Mexico. More recently, Eric teamed up with his longtime friend and native Texan, Andrew Thomas to open offices in Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Houston, Texas. There are more offices to come in the future, with plans to open Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Antonio, Tampa, and Miami.
What We Do
For many of our clients, permanent residency or “Green Card” is their lifelong goal. We utilize multiple strategies to obtain that goal for our clients is the fastest way possible. Strategies commonly used by our firm include family-based, employer-based, and investor-based adjustment of status.
Adjustment of Status
Adjustment of status is the process of changing your immigration status from non-immigrant to immigrant. This means that if you are in the United States on either a temporary basis, or with no status at all, you can become a lawful permanent resident, with a Green Card, through adjustment of status.
While living in the United States with a Green Card is many people’s ultimate goal, nothing beats the lifelong security of becoming a US citizen. If you have been a resident for more than five years, and in some cases three years, you may be eligible for US citizenship through a process known as naturalization.
Our team of immigration attorneys has practiced before every immigration judge in Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas, and Houston. We have also protected our clients from deportation in other courts around the country. We specialize in deportation defense.
If you have been a victim of crime in the United States, you may be eligible for a visa that allows you to live and work in the United States. Oftentimes, this U-visa can also be extended to immediate family members.
Scheduling Your Free Consult
Whether you call our offices, or schedule your own appointment through our website or on Facebook, you will get to see an immigration attorney (not a paralegal or receptionist like in other attorney’s offices). You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you have without feeling rushed. Best of all, we never charge a fee for consulting with our attorneys.
Plan of Action
At the end of your free consultation, the attorney will discuss with you a detailed plan of action specific to your situation. In most cases, there are steps our office can do to meet your goals and improve your immigration status in the United States.
Retaining Our Office
If we are able to meet your goals, and you feel that we are the best immigration attorneys to assist you, we will offer you our services and discuss the cost of our legal representation. You are under no obligation to hire our firm after the consultation, but if you elect to do so, we will come up with a reasonable payment plan to meet your needs.
Meeting Your Goals
Once you hire our firm, we immediately go to work for you. You will leave our office knowing that you are being protected by an experienced firm of immigration attorneys. You are welcome to contact us day or night with any questions you might have along the way.
Once we have met your goals, we love to hear from you. If you would like to give a testimonial to others who may be in need of immigration legal advice, we hope you will consider giving a testimonial of your experience with our representation.
