Attorney Eric Price

About Us

Our goal is to help immigrants obtain legal status in the United States by offering a unique and well thought-out immigration relief plan. We do this by providing the best legal strategies, presenting great quality work, and by building a long-lasting relationship with our clients.
Our team of attorneys practice federal immigration law exclusively.
Eric Price, formerly Assistant Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs and Enforcement (ICE) in the Department of Homeland Security, under President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama, has dedicated his career to fulfilling the dreams of thousands of immigrants: to live and work legally in the United States.

What We Do

Eric Price is regarded as a top immigration attorney, and practices immigration laws exclusively. Eric wants to make his clients’ dreams a reality by protecting them from deportation, obtaining work permits, and making them permanent residents and citizens of the United States. Eric is one of the best immigration attorneys in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Houston.

Permanent Residency

For many of our clients, permanent residency or a “Green Card” is their lifelong goal. The firm utilizes multiple strategies to obtain that goal for our clients in the fastest way possible. Strategies commonly used by our firm include family-based, employer-based, and investor-based adjustment of status. Our approach to meeting client goals consistently ranks us as one of the best immigration law firms in Southern California.

Adjustment of Status

Adjustment of status is the process of changing your immigration status from non-immigrant to immigrant. This means that if you are in the United States on either a temporary basis, or with no status at all, you can become a lawful permanent resident, with a Green Card, through adjustment of status.

While living in the United States with a Green Card is many people’s ultimate goal, nothing beats the lifelong security of becoming a US citizen. If you have been a resident for more than five years, and in some cases three years, you may be eligible for US citizenship through a process known as naturalization.

Immigration Court

Our team of immigration attorneys has practiced before every immigration judge in Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas, and Houston. We have also protected our clients from deportation in other courts around the country. We specialize in deportation defense.

If you have been a victim of crime in the United States, you may be eligible for a visa that allows you to live and work in the United States. Oftentimes, this U-visa can also be extended to immediate family members.

Why Us?

Eric Price has fought for his clients for more than a decade, and in the process become a top immigration attorney. His training and experience working for ICE under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) gives him the unique perspective other immigration attorneys cannot match. He also understands the importance of involving his clients in the process by empowering them to be part of their solution and informing them every step of the way. Finally, we offer a payment plan to every client that meets their individual budget.

Our Process

Scheduling Your Free Consult

Whether you call the offices, or schedule your own appointment through the website or on Facebook, you will get to see a top-rated immigration attorney (not a paralegal or receptionist like in other attorney’s offices). You will have the opportunity to ask any questions without feeling rushed. Best of all, the consultations are free of charge.

Plan of Action

At the end of your free consultation, the attorney will discuss with you a detailed plan of action specific to your situation. In most cases, there are steps our office can do to meet your goals and improve your immigration status in the United States.

Retaining Our Office

If they are able to meet your goals, and you feel that they are the best immigration lawyers to assist you, they will offer you their services and discuss the cost of their legal representation. You are under no obligation to hire the firm after the consultation, but if you elect to do so, they will come up with a reasonable payment plan to meet your needs.

Meeting Your Goals

Once you hire our firm, we immediately go to work for you. You will leave our office knowing that you are being protected by an experienced firm of immigration attorneys. You are welcome to contact us day or night with any questions you might have along the way.
